Dehydrated garlic can be found in a broad variety of forms such as:

Flakes: Slice size between 2-4 cm
Granules: particle size between 1.25 ¨C 4 mm
Powdered garlic: particle size 0.25 mm or smaller

Garlic granules are made by dehydrating chopped fresh garlic, to keep it fresh and flavourful.

These 100% garlic granules have a flavour and aroma that is typical of fresh garlic. They make a fantastic substitute and are great to have in the pantry on stand-by.

Dehydrated garlic flakes are made from fresh garlic cloves by rooted, peeled, sliced and air dried. Then optical sorting, hand selection are conducted, prior to cutting or milling into the desired size.

Garlic minced, garlic granules are small, dehydrated pieces of garlic. Granulated garlic is dried garlic that has been coarsely ground to a sand-like consistency.

Steam sterilization or irradiation can be added for microbiological reduction.
