Onion powder is made from dehydrated onions, then grounded into a powder.

It has a pale, white colour, with a pungent, slightly sweet flavour and aroma. A quick and convenient substitute for fresh onions.

Onion powder can be used in cooking to substitute for fresh onions, or add it to a dry spice blend.

It is perfect in dishes where you want the flavour of onions but not the texture or moisture.

Onion powder adds extra flavour to marinades, salad dressings, gravies, soups, casseroles and meatballs.

Combine with salt & pepper to make a wonderfully, simple seasoning for roasted vegetables or meats.

Available sizes: Powder: 80-120 mesh

Packing: 10 kg in foil bag, 2 bags insider paper case.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
